Palu, C Sulawesi, (antarasulteng.com)- The Second Wonderful Palu Nomoni Festival and the Third Indonesian Cultural Week were officially kicked off by Hilmar Farid, director general of the Education and Culture Ministry, at Palu Bay, here, Friday evening.
The opening ceremony was attended by national and local officials as well as officials from the Pahang Sultanate, Malaysia.
The ministry hoped that the festival could become an icon of Palu to attract domestic and foreign tourists. (skd)
