Palu, Central Sulawesi,  (Antaranews Sulteng) - During a visit to the Lake Tambing ecotourism site in Central Sulawesi on Thursday, German Embassy representatives -- David Tantow, Bernd Unger, and Georg Buchholz -- were mesmerized by the natural beauty around the lake.

Lake Tambing, situated in the scenic Lore Lindu National Park (LLNP) in Central Sulawesi Province, is beautiful and interesting, according to Tantow.

"Wow, it is so beautiful and interesting that anyone who comes here must feel happy after witnessing the beauty of the forest and its nature," Tantow remarked.

Tantow along with his two companions -- Unger, as the consultant of the Sulawesi Forest Program III project, and Deutsche Gesellschaft f?r Internationale Zusammenarbeit Program Director Buchholz -- spent a few hours at the Leke Tambing ecotourism site and were amazed by the natural beauty and the area to camp around the lake.

Tantow said Lake Tambing was attractive, and several people would want to enjoy nature and the cool air there.

Moreover, a building and information media center is also available for visitors, including foreign tourists, to better recognize the beauty of the lake and wealth that exists in LLNP of the biosphere reserves.

Furthermore, Tantow emphasized that despite having seen several attractions in Indonesia and the world, none could match up to the beauty of Lake Tambing in LLNP.

"Here people can go camping, mountain climbing, fishing, and bird watching. I like it so much and so do my friends," Tantow noted.
